About Me

Hi my name is Iron Chef Junior and I have been a Certified Hibachi Chef for 18 years.

 I received my culinary education and training at Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale Arizona, and a recognized Chef at Benihana Arizona & Hawaii, Shogun Temecula California. 

I have been married to the love of my life for 5 years and we have a handsome young son, Zion. On our off time, we like to go to the beach, hiking and to the movies.
I am excited to share my culinary skills with you and your party.
